Well now the latest trend seems to be heading towards wide usage of minimalism in web design, colors are used in minimalism; there is more space for white space these days, its more about bringing aesthetics in web designing.

I am a big believer in minimalism – much less to think about – very suitable for business startup websites. Wrote quick article on it here
