Might I suggest trying to upload your template via FTP?

Here is a STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL[/url] for how to successfully complete the quickstart installation process.

    Hope that helps.

Is your webhost, by any chance, GoDaddy? I ask because this is a somewhat common error we see when trying to install templates onto a GoDaddy server account. It has to do with server permissions that GoDaddy needs to correct.

Whether your webhost is GoDaddy or not, my recommendation to you is to show that every same screen capture to your webhost’s Technical Support and tell them that you need them to make sure your CHMOD permissions are writable for your site directories. (Generally, folders should be set at 755 and files at 644).

Let me know if this helps and/or what you are able to find out.
