Webpage taking lot of time to load, sometimes getting 503 error.

Checked with hosting provider, the Services are up fine & running. Service providers says “scripts are using too much CPU Time”

Contacted the Hosting Service provider, all services are up. They have asked to optimize the webpage. I have followed the link and did the optimization, yet getting 503 error

Please contact to your hosting support team . this error is comes from there side . when your site is working its loading in 7-8seconds .
you can check page load time tools.pingdom.com .
currently i can see your site is offline .
