Hi,

I noticed that one of my websites built by your template went down after updates. The other websites using other templates seem to be working okay.

I get the following error message:
‘Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.’

I have tried to change the permissions to 775 but the problem still persists. I have also noticed that there’s no index.html file, what should I do?

Kindly share the URL and super user login of the site that is not working.
The submitted details are for Cpanel. I am not sure which site is affected after update of Joomla.
