My site is showing a 500 internal issue, but I know I am online. I can access the admin site, but the actual site is down. Right before the error started, my home page was working properly, but the different category pages were not responding to the changes I made on the admin side. For example, my logo was not popping up, etc. Could this possibly be fixed? Thanks!

The submitted site does not based on JA MAgz II . Kindly edit your first post and submit your site super user details for JA Staff/Mods .
Also provide info how to replicate this issue step by step .

its seems you deleted the website or some directory from site . As i am getting these error on site : http://prntscr.com/anknjm
I suggest you to download a fresh quickstart package and install it on fresh DB .
Then check the 500 error problem .
