Hello, have an issue with the Medicare template, it wont load contact categories on the site or mijoshop correctly, the website appears to work well when testing with another template like Beez2 – Parks Site.
We are using Joomla 2.5

The issue can be viewed here, its as if the template is not loading correctly on the contact category page.

Also on this page the checkout does not work and the top menu wont load correctly plus the drop-downs in the mega menu dont show.

All site is forbidden on my location . Kindly check it with your host and remove the IP restriction if you applied .

Yes the shop works, but try to add a product and checkout, the sections within the cart checkout process will not load and the site top mega menu wont load/drop downs either when in the shop.

With the contact page, the one on the site is a single contact, I put that up in the meantime, I need it to work on the the category. http://www.erdu.com.au/contacts

I checked your site and its loading fine , except an issue of dropdown menu not work on shop page ?
I can see the page use older jquery version that creating problems, kindly try to disable third party extension one by one and check the problem, its due the some extension older jquery version .
