i did not found the this menu . there is only one menu contact in the main menu that is working fine .

this seems to be an issue from contact files . Have u customized the files present in the html/com_contact ?
if not try to rename this folder and check the problem .

Hi
I tried to replicate the problem on fresh package and there is no issue in the template and plugin .
It might due to the older version of Joomla , J2.5 is no longer supported now , it may produce random errors .
I suggest you to upgrade your Joomla to J3.4 .
Kindly take a full backup of site before update or try update on test site first .
