I have JA Company template and the website title doesn’t show on google anymore, I am not sure if this is to do with iSEO plugin or the website it self? Any hint?

Instead of site menu title it is showing site name.

You can see another menu item to see the title http://prntscr.com/gpa4dt
The default page showing the name only. You may contact your Google webmaster and check the configuration of seo extension for the homepage.
