April 5, 2017 at 11:30 am #1024744Hi,
First of all. JA Builder is AWESOME!!
I created a website with JA Builder on my own domain as testing environment. After approval from the client I made a backup with Akeeba and copied it to the live environment using Kickstarter. The website is now on the live location but the following problems occured:
- The Custom CSS field is empty on the live location, which it isn’t on my testing server. so it hasn’t been copied.
- Alle the custom color settings have reverted back to default. When i manually change the color settings they won’t save after publishing and keep going back to default.
- While typing this i noticed that on my testing website now all Custom CSS works fine in edit mode, but when I publish the page the custom CSS doesn’t apply to the page.
Some help would be great.

April 5, 2017 at 12:40 pm #1024754I noticed there is a new implemention of sliders which can now be (de)activated in the custom code settings page in live edit. Does it have something to do with that?

April 6, 2017 at 9:10 am #1024895Can i get a little help here? This is a serious problem. The website is LIVE. The color pallets reverts back to default blue and I can’t change them. It won’t save after I hit the publish button in live edit!

April 6, 2017 at 3:40 pm #1024969Hi
I have checked your first post in this thread and noticed you have an issue when you migrated your site from local server to live.
I am unable to checkpoint 1 and 2 due to a site is on your localhost.
I request you to take a backup of your site from localhost and install it again.
make sure you have the same version of JA Builder on localhost and live site.
OR try this:
Open JA Builder > All pages > Select a page and Live edit from localhost > Pages > Export the page > save it and now import it on the live site.
Here http://prntscr.com/et7ua0On live site kindly give me an example of the colour issue, I will try to change it on your site.

April 6, 2017 at 3:49 pm #1024973Hi thank you for your message.
I will try to manually export/import the pages.
On the development location it also isn’t possible anymore to change any settings when I am in Live edit mode. I can change it, but after publishing the changed settings do not stick. Could you please check it out.
Also. I have a premium JA builder membership but i can’t make premium tickets..
Thanks!

April 6, 2017 at 7:53 pm #1025012Thank you very much.
It is indeed possible to publish new blocks, but any changes made in live edit–> settings will not save after publish. So not only the color, but also the typhography settings. I hope your team looks into that also.
Another thing. When i wanted to revert back the publishing of the footer block you did to test to my original one I stumbled upon the fact that the last Revision date is 4-4. So there is 2 days of no automatic save. Is that normal?
Thank you for helping out!
