hello to all

please help to resolve this issue, look the attached picture and go to http://www.infomidwest.com
i dont want any article on main page, bottom three boxes i need to up, right bottom of the scrolling module, i tried my best but because i removed feature articles from main page, But right after removed article black line appears on main page. look at website to understand more better,

please im not so smart in php, so guide me step by step with file location with name and folder name.

Sorry but as it seems to appear fine for me, I am unsure as to how issue is appearing for you. (Viewed your site with safari and firefox browser in mac)
