Not sure if I missed something but I know this should work since there is an email template for registration and then a welcome email. I get the registration email but there is no followup welcome email then delivered after the user clicks the link to activate the account. I also tried to get this to send by logging in after that but still no welcome email. What am I missing here?

This fails for both job seekers and employer registrations…

I have looked through the Wiki and went through all the settings for email and there is nothing that would indicate something special needs to be done to make the welcome email work after a user subscribes. Yet it does not work and I can only assume since support is not replying to this no one knows why?

I have double checked the email and it is there, enabled and ready to be delivered. Why is it so hard to get support for this???

Well I just tried to open a support ticket and discovered that you are taking the Memorial holiday off, so when did Joomla Art move from Hanoi, Vietnam to the US? Since you are not in the US from everything I have known and due to the massive amount of English errors that I have been continuing to fix on this job board I am insulted by this. Not only that but you got your dates all wrong because here in the US Memorial day holiday was celebrated last weekend. Here in the US we celebrate holidays based on giving the banks and government consecutive days off and many of our holidays do not fall on the actual day any more.

    Hi Earthrat,

Sorry for late reply. Please check welcome email in Email template manager and make sure that it is enable.

It was not Memorial day off, May 30 is the day JoomlArt was founded and every year the whole company takes off 3-4 days off for company trip. We do try to combine it with a sat / sunday, so that we are not off for too many working days. Sorry for the inconvenience, we are back and working to resolve the pending issues.

    Regards
