Hi,
You can change it by modify language for this template
#1. open en-GB.tpl_ja_rave.ini file under languageen-GB folder.
#2. Find this text <blockquote>HOME PAGE TITLE=Welcome to Ja Rave</blockquote>
And replace by your text
HOME PAGE TITLE=Welcome to your title.
