    Gentlemens of joomlart, despite the fact that the product is great-and that is why indeed i preferred-support for your users is ostensible. I am sorry because this actually injure your good efforts.
    I fear that your obligation to assist the user has replaced entirely by the information exchange, particularly between the users in the forum.

    OK, i’ll risk being double flamed

    I think he is saying that the templates are good, the customer service is poor, and that because of the poor customer service, the attempts of the members to help each other is even worse

    am i close
