December 23, 2013 at 1:24 am #193186Hi guys,
If I am a member of the JA Developer Club, what would my any given client be entitled to once I registered his domain at my JA Developers account and it’s been successfuly validated? How will he be able to obtain his template: via me personally as his developer or here at JA?
Regards,
Alex

December 23, 2013 at 10:53 am #516274Hi Alex,
To be frank with you, your clients are yours to manage, if you are buying developer account our point of contact would be you only, if your clients are to contact us, we would be directing them to you.
You can add him as co-developer, you can 3 co-developer accounts with your JA Developer account, he can then access the download and download the template in question.
But again, for us our commitment of support and service is with the person who is our customer not clients.
Regards
Arvind

December 23, 2013 at 11:36 pm #516355Hi Arvind,
Thank you for your reply.
Will my clients’ website be entitled to be looked at by your support stuff in case their JA template generates some errors?
Regards,
Alex

December 24, 2013 at 2:46 am #516366Hi Alex,
If our templates appear to have bugs you will be the one to contact our support team for solution in behalf of your clients.
Also, as mentioned by Arvind, you can choose to add your client as co-developer, then he can then access the download and ask for technical support directly.

December 24, 2013 at 12:22 pm #516422Hi guys,
Please correct me if I am wrong, but I am getting impression that once my client gets your JA template installed via me as your Developer licensee, he has no access to your support forum to ask questions as any other regular customer?
Cheers,
Alex

Yes, you have to provide support service for your clients. If you need our help, you can post the issues here then we are happy to help in any way.
In case you want your clients contact directly with us to get our support, you can add him as co-developer under your JA Developer account as suggested above. Then he can then access the download and ask for technical support directly.
Regards
