I see in the forum JA POLLUX, that not only my questions are “empty”, there are a lot equal
Can any? Tell me your experience with the support.?.

I was very interested in this template, but it is plenty of error not only in IE also in IE, but miracle in the demo all seem well; perhaps i am very newbe.
But from here i beg to the Team of JA that don´t sell, a product that much more promise , but fail a lot, more if the support is so poor.
Perhaps i am wrong, but it is my experience. In this case, i in advance i beg my excuse

Hi Victoriano,
The Pollux is released on Friday and during Sat and Sun the support is a little sparse during weeken. However I myself and others always find all free time to answer as many as possible.
Concerning the Pollux, I can confirm that the template is well tested and bugs free on a default joomla 1.0.11 with IE 6, IE7, FF1.5, FF2.0, Nescape and Opera…
