    Hi everyone,

I’d decided against using JA Wall for my special project- after much consideration it just didn’t fit at well as I first thought it would. Nothing against JA Wall though, I still think it is a great template.

In the meantime, I’ve gone back to JA Nex, and am attempting to use the JA Wall social plugin with it. I have it set up and the feeds are coming into the back end, but are not being assigned to a category. How can I correct this?

Would someone steer me to the file or area where I can make sure the Twitter/Facebook/Youtube items are being assigned to their relative categories so they will show on the front end.

    Thanks,

    Vineyardseashell

LOL! It was such a blonde moment, I was hoping that no one would read one itty bitty post out of a 100 others….:-[

The place to assign categories in the Social Plugin was right in front of me, located in the individual (twitter/FB/etc.) area for each entry.

P.S. So far I only intend to use the YouTube portion of the social plugin in Nex- and it is working. I just have to figure out how to tame the image and video size to fit into Nex. But that is tomorrow’s project.

    Hi Vineyardseashell
Sorry to put you on the spot, 😉 but I have been loathe to even attempt anything apart from local demo install due to the ridiculous number of bugs, no real documentation and the fact that it’s no where near to a stable release.

Following everyones woes, solutions and continued Beta testing of this template, means I’ll collate all the solutions and try to find a use for this template that doesn’t mean debugging and bandaid solutions. Guess I’ll wait until the next stable version LOL

    Cheers Shannon
