    The redemption suppose to be fixed once a week(friday if i remember).
    If you havent had it yet please use the Contact Us link at top and ask if someone can fix it for you.

    We had approved your credit redemption. Now, your new expiry date has been extended by 6 months (24 July 2009).

    Redemption Issues for us as well. I’ve been trying to reach Miccas since September 13th about the Site of the Month Contest Redemption. Has his email address changed? Is there something more I need to do other than email him (which I’ve done twice with no reply)? :confused:

    Your redemption has been updated, the expiry date of your membership had been extended to 6 months (29 Apr 2009 – 29 Oct 2014).

    Seems to be some major confusion… A communication error I suppose. Hung has taken away my 1800+ credits from the forum. :(( I guess that’s what I get for not starting my own thread.

    Hope you get sorted out I’m sure it is a simple misunderstanding…not sure if Miccas used to sort these things out…and don’t know where he is!!

    Anyway let me know if you don’t get your credits back…you can have some of mine 😉
