July 17, 2013 at 12:37 am #189001I’m looking for a good setup for a community site which will have:
-Forums
-Members Account > Member Picture, Profile, Private Messages
-Photo galleries by members and member upload of photosbasically something like this site:
bestdestinationwedding.comDoes joomlart have a good “quickstart” package out of the box? or please help out with template plus components. I’m basically looking for ideas.
thank you!

July 17, 2013 at 2:14 am #499227Hello,
We do not have any wedding templates supporting forums/ galleries…etc, however, some kunena templates might match your needs. You can take a look at the followings for reference.

July 23, 2013 at 7:53 pm #499946Thank you for the suggestions. I’ll keep it in my wish list for now 😉
I like the newer templates, specially ja beranis with perhaps the slideshow on top more. Is the forum component available? or cb community builder is better option here? I’m looking for user profile page, forums, and member gallery. Not sure if combination of components will be better then say CB, anyone have experience with CB?Arvind Chauhan ModeratorArvind Chauhan

July 24, 2013 at 4:59 am #499976Hi,
Well, i used CB for few of my college websites, its best to have one solution to cater to all that you may need… integrating many components to do the work can be tricky when it comes to routine upgrades or migrations.
You can look at CB, JomSocial. Stackideas guys are also coming up with easysocial component (beta should be out soon). I think it would be worth looking at too.
try to use less of extensions, trust me it a pain over the years to upgrade and migrate.
Regards
Arvind
