I am using ja-news module; I am getting strange characters in the headline module. In the read me file, it says “Support ALL charsets if iconv library are enabled.” I need try “iconv” if I can get support of ISO-8859-9. Coudl you tell me what is iconv and how to enable it? my site is http://www.kadinsagligi.com/dev/.

Turgut bey merhaba ,Benim size ufak bir sorum olacakti bu modulu bende kullanmayacalisiyorum fakat beceremedim.Bendede turkce karekterlerde sorun cakartti mumkunse bu konuda bana yardimci olabilirmisiniz

my japanese text is broken in ja-news module.
