Nah, people would rather wait for a few hours rather than search for themselves in just a couple of minutes. People even forget that Google exists at times.;)

Seriously though, sometimes users just cannot figure out the search terms that will resolve their issues. The hardest ones are error messages. If you Google an error message then many use the whole message. This will never yield the best results if that message contains paths unique to the user. Searching for just the end part will do the trick but it is amazing how many peope just do not know that, even very experienced users.

usually it advisible search items with names more than 3 letter. most of the search functions refuse to search “K2” 🙂
