We were released JA JobBoard 1.5.0 beta with some highlight features:
* Capable of working with JoomSocial, sh404SEF components.
* Integrating Google Map to be able to show jobs/employer/ job seeker/ job details on it.
* Applying TAX calculation and coupon for Posting Plans.
* Be able to search job basing on distance of ZipCode in USA.
* Implement new installation/upgrading method: From this version on, our product can be installed and upgraded automatically by using only one installer package. You may rest assured that the upgrading is getting much easier, you no need to uninstall JA JobBoard component and related extensions for upgrade any more. All you need do is just to install the latest component installer package. Two in one.Demo: http://demo.jobboard.joomlart.com/

November 12, 2010 at 8:22 am #362585Thank you for your reply!
Excuse me, are you also planning to create Ajax for categories and Location? I wish to have more than one countries and this would really help! So, for example like in your demo… I would see the Georgia under Arkansas only after I click on Arkansas.
Thanks a lot!

The demo site: http://demo.jobboard.joomlart.com/ is using JAJobBoard 1.5.0, which is latest version.
In ther search job form, we had implement search category/location much easier by using auto complete feature. As your example, user only type some key word like “Ar”, it will be auto select Arkansas and its sub location.Honzazi FriendHonzazi

The Search job module, we called JA Filter jobs module, but doesn’t support auto complete function like Search job link.
We will consider apply this function in JA Filter jobs module in the next version.Honzazi FriendHonzazi
