I have recently installed both JA Comment and JA Voice onto a site where the Template Community Plus is used. Every time I enable the “System – JA Comment” plugin, I start getting all types of CSS conflicts that are affecting the default template.

So what is the purpose of this plugin “System – JA Comment” and does it have to be enabled?
