I checked your website on all screens resolutions and cannot see any blue bar below your slideshow , did you solved the issue ?

Hi there,

I definitely saw a blue strip underneath the slideshow, testing this sandbox for responsiveness yesterday, but just as Pavit, don’t see it at the time of writing this.

I tried to recompile LESS to CSS yesterday. May be that did the trick.

This depends on the URL you are looking at. on the home page i have the banner slideshow:

http://www.hesszone.net/kaa/kaa3purity2/

on that page I still see it if i narrow the screen to 300-400px.

if you look at a different URL:

http://www.hesszone.net/kaa/kaa3purity2/index.php?option=com_sobipro&task=search&sid=1&Itemid=777

when I narrow the screen it does not happen. I am not using the slideshow on that page. It is a Sobipro map module on that page and only shrinks in a horizontal direction, therefore, it doesn’t show this effect.

It seems to be related to the resizing in the slideshow module.

Update: I currently have the default template enabled on this site because of a separate issue I have a ticket open for:

The person who responded to this ticket did not seem to thoroughly understand the issue so I have had to reply there as well.

Of course it’s been 2 days since anyone at Joomlart has responded here so I don’t even know if you are still working on it. This thread is marked as “solved” when it is not solved. I don’t see any option for me to change the status on it so can someone please update this as well and make it so it is NOT marked as solved?

I have checked ticket #FVM-821-14369 of your mentioned above, but I see your site is using “protostar – Default” and not JA Sugite template.

Can you clarify about the problem on your site? I will help you to check it.
