    What is this small number ‘3″ within a box appears next to published date in articles? Is it a month? Can’t be, because if I change it to january, it still says 3. And it is 3 across all of my articles.

    Please let me know.

    As i see it,its just a date icon. You can change or replace the same at >> /templates/ja_pyro/images/icon-date.gif

    If you want to hide it.

    Open /templates/ja_pyro/css/template.css around line 414.

    delete the lines.

    .createdate {
    background: url(../images/icon-date.gif) no-repeat 0 2px;
    color: #777;
    padding: 3px 3px 3px 20px;
    }

    Thanks.
    I am not sure the logical reason behind having ‘3’ for every date. Could this be a issue wiht the template? Should I report this as a bug?

    this is not a bug of the emplate, it only is a date icon as Mr Avrind mentioned. and here is the link of this icon in our demo: http://templates.joomlart.com/ja_pyro/templates/ja_pyro/images/icon-date.gif
    .You can find an other to replace this( its subpath is “templates/ja_pyro/images/icon-date.gif”), here is the site helping you find : http://www.iconfinder.com/search/?q=date
