What is between Ben and Tez. Is it an apostrophe or what? If it is that I would imagine that you copied and pasted and is a coding issue.

Yes, I think so, when create database, plz choose Collation is utf8_general_ci

Don’t worry about that problem. That’s only the demo data. You could change your data and see if you get any problem with your characters.
