    I have been trying in vain to resolve multiple issues relating to my JA TELINE IV template and Bookmark plugin. So far I have created three tickets and two of them were closed without even solving the problem.

    You guys can edit and or delete my threads from Joomlart website all you want, however, the review I am about to write regarding Joomlart’s lousy costumer service and technical support on my extremely high traffic website will seen all over the world and the best part is that you guys can not delete/edit and modify my review.

    You guys have charged me fee to provide technical support, shouldn’t I be getting tech support? I l am from United States and we call it cheating and fraud here.

    your impatience is amazing… last I checked we don’t offer “instantaneous fix your site” support… you’ve opened 3 tickets and have failed to respond to any of them…. please be sure to include that in your review.. ty.

    Well, if you check your system you will find out that I have replied to each and every single email I have received from Joomlart, on your part I have been getting emails that inform me that since I have not replied to your email the ticket will be closed. May be there is something wrong with the system.

    Instantaneous Fix? My first ticket was created on Jan 26 2012 following is the reply that was sent to me as an acknowledgement of my ticket. The only thing I have Xed out is my last name in the following.

    iam also not happy with JA help, and product quality. so i wont renew my subscription . lot of bugs, not compatible with joomla core features like cache, there is no way my sit vistor know when was the last update if i dont clear cache every time. and that makes cache useless.

    so slow, take around 30 seconds to start loading the site. and take another 30 second to complete. I can open sites like cnn and other less famous site with in 10 seconds.

    Welcome to the club!

    Notice that how quick the tech support was on throwing their sarcasm on me, however, when it comes to addressing real technical issues they don’t seem to have “instantaneous fix” for my site even though my first ticket was submitted almost a week ago, under the given circumstances I guess you are right I should give renewal of my Joomlart membership a second thought.

    that was a Thursday nite after hours but you still got a really nice response time…

    this post was @ 3 am & 4am with the 2 previous to that 10 min apart. ergo my remark.
    This happens to be my day off, of which I rarely take one, & much to my wifes displeasure I jumped on for a few minutes to make sure there were no “fires” such as this thread needing to be put out…

    I think thats a wonderful idea there is no current active ticket that I see in the system for you unless perhaps you have one? if not, try saying what the problem is so we can get it resolved.

    @ Nawaz,
    in all fairness to JA, you have filed 21 tickets since joining JA not even one year ago. They have ALL been answered and solved for you. You have only filed 3 threads, 2 to comment on JA and 1 issues. the issues was resolved as well.
    Ticket ID: EKQ-559-54037 and Ticket ID: JPC-486-61232 were automatically closed by our system after you failed to respond to the mods response to you.
    If you do not respond to us, there is little we can do to help you to resolve your issues.
    @ issay~ You have made 36 new threads, all of which you have received help on. If there is one you feel you have not received adequate help on, please be so kind as to list a link to it.
    You have also created 36 tickets all of which you received support on.
    I am in no way trying to be sarcastic but I am trying to understand how you feel you have not been supported by the JA team.

    I do appreciate both of you taking the time to address my discontent, before we go any further let me just reiterate the fact that most of the time I have been provided with decent technical support by Joomlart, and I had even mentioned it on the first thread that I initiated regarding template related technical issue (which was unfortunately deleted the very next day) that I have been experiencing for more than a week now, which remained unresolved until last night when I finally managed to resolve it myself. This past week was the only time that I had a hard time getting attention from Joomlart.

    As far as extension related issue is concerned I have managed to figure it out as well.

    Now let me assure you both that I have been replying to each and every single email that I receive from Joomlart as such I am beginning to think that there is either something wrong with my system or there might be an issue on your end.

    Anyways, once again I do appreciate both of you responding to my thread.

    I have no idea as to why your tickets have not been responded to. We get hundreds of tickets each day, some the users respond and others people seem to not bother. It could be that there is something amis with the system but as so many do respond (about 85%) it is impossible to pin down whether we have an issue or not.

    So what I suggest is we try and resolve your issues here on the forum. If you could detail fully describe your problem then we will do our best to take a look as quickly as possible. Should it need the attention of a developer that might not be today but if it is an issue that myself or one of the support team can help with then we can hopefully resolve it quickly.

    Thank you Phill,

    Like I mentioned in my above post I was able to kind of figure out both issues and latter resolve them. However, the “Bookmark” (The one one the top of the page) plugin issue has been partially resolved; I mean the “Bookmark button” has started showing up in select articles, nonetheless, I would like it to appear in all articles.

    1) On one particular page everything was sort of doubled up this started happening after I was advised to upgrade all extensions. (FIXED)

    2) Even though all the “General Setting” of my “Bookmark” plugin are set to “Auto” and all categories are selected in “Categories Selection” the “Bookmark button” (The one one the top of the page) does not appear in all articles. As of my writing this post this issue still remains unresolved. (NOT FIXED YET)

    There have been a couple of long standing problems which I was told by Joomlart support a few months ago are due to a “Bug”.

    1) I have never been able to use anything other than “Dropline Menu” if other types of Menus such as “Mega Menu” “CSS Menu” and “Spilt Menu” from either backend or frontend are chosen, the site immediately crashes. I wonder if the Bug has been fixed yet.

    2) All articles default to the bottom of the page In Google Chrome.
