I need an extension of the template JWall, with a specific structure for homepage. Header, column )Left and right) and the center like the actual blog wall.
So the template could be very complete. Without or with T3.

I think medical with booking functionality would be useful as I have several doctor(s) practices as clients.
Also starting to get some Home Owners Associations as clients.
Some other clients are construction contractors. HVAC, Plumbing, General Contractors etc.
I liked the old travel template but don’t know if it was upgraded.

I hope in a new "Travel template". I use for my 4 site "Ja Travel" 2.5 version and I’m in a big difficulty about the migration to 3.0 and kwnowing that "Ja Travel 3.0" has problems with the updates. So make something nice about travel please or a "Ja Travel" perfect remake.

I would like a template about Music.

Music template including as 3dr party extensions : Kunena and Jomsocial

I love when templates have a top menu template, with a sidebar menu as well (for mobiles).
The homepage should have 4 or 5 big "focus" (featured) items only, but not as a slide.
One of the items should be a video. (YouTube / Vimeo)
Social Icons located somewhere, plus the date of the day (on the top maybe).
Sharing tools should appear on the News page.
The design should be very simple, like the Magz II template.

There are no templates available for real estate that support any of the available extensions for Joomla, or even as stand alone.
Try with OS Property or IProperty – best rated extensions at J!ED at the moment.
