    Hello,
I’d like to have the language switcher part of the main navigation/header. I looked at the solution proposed on the apayala thread but this performs really poorly for responsive design.

I looked at the template guide and on the point “4. Layout and Module Positions ” you can see a flag on the left of the navigation. But if I use header position or mainnav position or the head-search position the module doesn’t display and doesn’t even show in the page code.
Do you know why it doesn’t display in those positions? So far only position-1…, footer or nav-helper display the module.

Any tip welcome on how to insert the Language switcher inside the Header/ Navigation position.

    Cheers

    Hi fanho,

You may try to add a new module position in the header, pls follow this tips for reference: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/how-to-create-new-module-position-updated/

This thread was missed to be replied and apologize for the same.
