My question is simple:
What Modules are Feature News – Book Reviews and Discussion?
They are custom modules? Which ones?

Go to the back-end of Teline III quickinstall, go to Module Manager, in the drop-down list “Select type” choose mod_custom, and you’ll see all these modules.
Discussion, Book reviews, Feature news and many others are custom modules.

I don´t undestend. The module Feature news not exists in custom module.

Did you install the teline_iii quickstart ? If that I am sure that you can find out the “Feature news” module on the list of custom modules

Featured News is a custom module.
Creat a new module mod_custom and paste the following HTML code

This would creat a copy of the Teline III module, but would would have to change pictures.
