hello, I want to do something like this site: http://www.increasecard.com/ like a big hero home with a form or contact module floating inside. Is there a way to do something like that? What template should I use?

You can take a look on JA Uber and JA Appolio template for this kind of view . For the contact part , you need find contact extension on Joomla extension directory that support this view , or you can make custom work with your developer to get this view with a contact module .

You can also submit your request on JA custom services and get a Quota for this
