i try to make my default view is RTL

the “Powered By T3 Framework” is going long to the right making the page very big .

what is to do ?

also i make the cpanel to be not show but it still been shown i the safari browser and google crom

I am not sure that the problem is the T3 logo, but try to disable it from the back end and check again.

I confirm that the CPANEL is shown on FF and IE 8
