    Hello Sir/Madam,
    I would like to know what the status of my memberships is.
    I entered into my account and when I tried to download an extension, I got a message asking me to get registered to download that extension (Google map).

    But how do I know that? I should be able to have in my account a record of my subscriptions with their expiration dates. Your system should also advise me to renew them when they expire. I should be able to renew them from within my account.

    Albert,

    You can login to your member area at http://www.joomlart.com/member/signup.php to check the expiry date.

    However, our system normally will automatically send an email reminding you the expiry date within 30 days of expiry of membership and you can get 30% off to get renew the membership before it expires. Did not you receive our reminder email for renewal 🙁 Pls re-check spam box also for sure.

    I have checked with my email and it still works!

    Not So in my case, no renewal notification, nothing in spam folders etc ordinary marketing from JA always gets there though. So I’m expired with no discount avail so I’m not happy or rejoining as JA has huge problems atm with low staffing levels leading to low levels of paid member supportt & server issues.

    Like tfosnom, I haven’t received any reminders either.

    I won’t be renewing my membership when it expires in 7 days. As I mentioned in a previous thread, I have lost faith and as there was no feedback from JA, my questions unanswered, coupled with recent events with the server etc, it is a natural break point. C’est la vie!
