Within the K2 templates folders for this template there are a couple of non standard files.

htmlcom_k2templatesja_events there is a file called item122.php
htmlcom_k2templatesja_events_blog is a file called item2.php

Any idea whats these are for?

These are unnecessary files, Please remove them. I have reported this bug to the system, we’ll remove it also:
