I have the JA Community Plus template. I accidentally upgraded my core Joomla CMS to 2.5. Am I hosed?
I was in the Extension Manager and clicked Upgrade before I saw that it was version 2.5. Ooops.

My new versions show:
Joomla CMS File 2.5.0
Joomla! Content Management System Package 2.5.0
