I am using IIS web platform to install Joomla 3.x and then uploading the QS package from the admin extension manager. Nothing happens after 60% progression.

ALso tried a different way by uploading/extracting files to tmp folder..

no error is received. but I think its mostly permissions…

since I just copied to tmp folder on IIS and then I get

Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file

Error
Path does not have a valid package
