When I unzip qs_j159_ja_opal_zip I have a message saying—>
Do you want to overwrite existing file
language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_opal.ini

Is that Ok?

Where are your trying to unzip that zip file? on your server? using Cpanel? .

If you already have the file in your directory, then you are the better judge whether you want to really overwrite it. However, if you are unzipping in an empty directory, Then may be one should check the zip archieve.

Please brief what and where are you planning this? whether overwriting an present joomla installation or whether in to a new empty directory.

Cpanel generally doesnot allow to overwrite files from unzipped archieves. It only overwrites if you use a tar.gz or .tar formats. Thats what i have experienced.

I unzip on my local computer. Never unzip that file before. Brand new!

Yup i tried that myself and the overwrite warning pops up. Attaching the screenshot of the same.

After looking to the file in question, it is being overwritten by the latest version (based on date & time stamp). SO overwriting should not be a problem.

However, only the developer can confirm which of the two files is latest.
