Hello,
I migrated my web 1.5.25 to 2.5 and I found several problems.

The fact is that I can not display the items correctly in the main module (ALTA DEFINICIÓN: Especialistas en Blu-ray y HDTV).

Please help me?

Hi drdig,

I went to your back-end for a checking and I would like to answer two your issues as following

1) Your main module as you said (actully it’s the com_content feature layout ) is showing feature articles from two categories Demo section and Demo category but there are not any feature articles under those categories so you seeing nothing, please check again

2) There is not a module name TECNO HD in your module list, there is a module which type Ja Slide News but it has not been assigned to display under any modules so you did not see it showing up.

Dat has answered your question.

It appear that some of your settings and modules have not migrated properly. For instance, you have no module in the back end called “Tecno HD” and that is why it is not displaying.

As to your content please check the suggestion mad by Dat above.

You need to create them first, or copy them from your old site. They simply do not exist in your module manager. Jupgrade is notorious for little problems like this and quite often you need to put in a bit of effort finding stuff it has missed or creating menus that are missing etc.

OK,
I see that it is impossible to go from 1.5.25 to 2.5 without any problems.

I would ask a favor. Can you activate the two modules mentioned (as they are and the quickstart) and put them on my site?

I say this because, fortunately, my web items were successfully imported 1.5.25 (although poorly linked).

If you do not activate these modules (I do not have knowledge to do it) I will have no choice but to my website from 0, which would be a brutal job that would take me many hours of work.

Can you give me via PM a logon to your old site or is it the same as the new?

You should be able to simply look at the module on your old site and copy it accross. Or is it a special type of module?

I have tried to logon to your old site but get authentification errors.

What you should do is copy all the settings manually from your old module and create a new module in the new site with the same settings and type. It should be quite a simple task.

Sorry, I still cannot logon to your old site. I get the followinf message –

• JAuthentication::__construct: Could not load authentication libraries.
• Nombre de usuario y contraseña no encontrados

Also, you should be doing the work here. I can advise you but it really is not my place to be creating content and migrating your site for you.
