What’s problem with this template, TeeTide? This template is available for Joomla 1.5 stable. You could check the list of 1.5 stable templates here:

Virtually nothing on it works. Test it and see for yourself.

JA should take it off the list of available 1.5 templates until it actually works in 1.5.
