    Hi,

    At the new site we only use forums for technical support. Standard members can submit normal support requests while Developer members can submit "premium" requests (higher priority support), all in one place.

    Regular ticket system is in read-only mode for now and will be shut down eventually. You can read more details on the new changes regarding our new site at this official blog post.

    What happens with outstanding ticket requests? Are they scrapped? I am waiting for a reply and solution since Dec 2 on a ticket.

    I’ve just replied to your latest ticket, although you cannot access ticket area anymore, you should still be able to receive my message via email.
