I want to add some referencing code onto the actual individual pages. Like articles, contact pages, category blog pages, etc.
Where are the files to modify in the Argo template.

By placing code to refer to 3rd party menus, tabs,etc. by Likno.com I can add many nice features. Right now they put their linking code in the general body and the code shows up on every Joomla page whether it is used or not. I want to have the linking code only on the pages I use a menu (or tabs or accordions).
If Joomla pages using the Argo template are generated how do I just add code to the individual pages? Or is something else going on?

You should use an external 3rd party component that allows you to add custom code in a custom-html module and publish that module in the specific page
