All extra-fields values are stored into table "Yourprefix_k2_items"
In this table there is the extra-field id and relative value associated

Values are stored into database in the table i showed above, you can add them manually or make an sql query that will add your values to that tables in one execution .
To generate that query you should hire a developer doing it for you, if you are not able to build it .
