Which file should I open to add code to the BODY tag?

Need to know before I can implement this template. Want to move from Teline III to Teline IV.

I have a answer to one part of question (the head tag)
This file you have to change to add some script (for example java script)

Copy file head.php from:

pluginssystemjat3base-themesdefaultblockshead.php

to:

templatesja_teline_ivblockshead.php

then you can open to add code.
