looks like it is set to 20 to 35 on the padding… i need to adjust it — where in the css file do i need to make the change at…

you can edit template.css (line 645)

div.moduletable, div.moduletable_menu, div.moduletable_text, div.moduletable_hilite {
margin:0;
padding:0 10px 10px;--> change this line as you want
}
