I want to change the size of the Div header box.

When I inspect the Element Properties I get that the Div Height is set at 153px. I want to change that box height smaller but cant find
the file where that info is stored. it is not in template.css

I got it!

There is no such file. The box height is set in relation to the size of the logo and the padding applied to it.

Set logo to Left top and set padding to 10px

Logo moves up and closer to the topbar.
This changed the height of the Header box.
