Hello. This is my site: http://elmipress.com/
I want some additions to the home page. For example: add frames for facebook fanpage or advertising page, etc. Typically, codes in the main is on index.php
But I can`t find this file or a file that would be able to add the change.
Pleace, help me.

It is all quite different now. The main page is split into a number of elements. What exactly are you trying to achieve and I will try and point you in the right direction.

What is that other image for? Do you want rid of that element? That is a simple adjustment from the template manager.

Not. I can`t rid of that element. I want to add the same element (frame) for fanpage, or advertise. :confused:

I want to add a frame for the Facebook fan page just above the place I have pointed in the picture. Which file should be changed?
Additionally, where should I place the code for adding ads banner between
1)”mainnav” and “slideshow”(900 px),
2)”contentslide” and “frontpage”(650 px) modules?

Can you do a diagram showing wherer you want them? Or you could look at the guide in the wiki as it is very simple to add blocks in the T3V2 system from the template manager.

The 600*100 area, simply create a custom module in position content-mass-top

The 470*100 create a module in positio content-top

How can I add “new1 positon” and “new2 position” to the requered new positions which I show in the picture? I want to see the banner in modules after passing the custom html to “new1 positon” and “new2 position”. :((

Please read the Doc I provided ealier.

With new1 position, you need to create a new block at top, type=”modules”, content=new1_position.

With new2 position, it is in middle area, we can not create new block here, so please check to insert a new module (say new2_postion) into content-top or content-mass-top block.

After that make sure to add “new1_position” and “new2_postion” into templateDetails.xml, <postions> section.
