The JA T3 Framework 2/Guides contain a section on Template Administration, and it seems pretty simple to make changes through a number of Panels that are located somewhere in the backend of the Joomla site. An image of the panels menu shown in the Guides is attached.

Unfortunately, I can’t find this page to edit the Panels settings anywhere on my site. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Nevermind. Found it under the Template Manager for the JA Portfolio template.
