and I do not understand why I can not download the JM Sulfur. When I click “download” I am sent to a page that says I do not have permission. I am already subscribed for several years (JATC Standard Membership – 1 year) and always managed to download all the templates. I am not very interested in JM Sulfur, but fear that the problem is with repeat JA Sulfur …

… you posted exactly the same thing on another thread in the magento forums. That is called cross-posting.

Again, you need to subscribe to the magento package which is seperate to your regular joomla license.

You are confused between “JM Sulfur” and “JA Sulfur”, the first is for Magento, the second is for Joomla.

JM Sulfur is available for download already, but you need to be a part of Joomlart’s Magento Template Club.
JA Sulfur is still being developed so it is not available for download yet, but you will be able to do so when it’s finished because you have a Joomlart Joomla Template Club membership.

Dont act like stupid my friend,
you may be more aware of what’s happening around this JA Sulfer thing as you have all the time of the world to hump on your screen and monitor this all day, but there are people/developers who simply haven’t got time to dig out the fact that it is still under development, and not ‘released’ yet.

Try putting yourself in other people’s shoes sometimes, use your imagination. I returned to joomart site aftar a month, and it took me 30 minutes to find that it hasn’t been made available to download for members, and that is what I, like most others, understand as released.

Yes, this Ja Sulfer looks cool, and thanks heaps to Hung for his outstanding effort, but this 30 minutes could be saved, and spent for something more worth, if the word ‘released’ had not been used on home page header to avoid confusion.

You should be sorry for you comments.

You are very right not to be pleased about the incorrect message on the home page…Ja has now changed the front page to say JA Sulfur demo is now available: Sorry if you feel you have been messed about, and I am sure JA are sorry for the delay in getting the template out

All who are wanting this template should check out the demo and report back any bugs you find. Users have expressed concerns for it being buggy so reporting anything you find will help make this template ready sooner, bug free.
