    A couple weeks ago I put in a ticket about getting shorted on my Dev membership ( turned in from credits and I still have the original acceptance mail in my private messages showing the date). I contacted Miccas via PM and then I submitted a ticket via the member section. It’s been 2 weeks now and I have received no reply from either.

    Where is the section where you can “see” the trouble tickets you have submitted and the staff reply?

    Make sure you’re logged in then go to: http://support.joomlart.com/index.php
    Click on “View Tickets” on the left there.
