FLEXIcontent is primarily an advanced content management system developed to replace the native article manager of Joomla! 1.5 (com_content)

You can get the flexicontent component here http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/news-production/content-construction/10667?qh=YToxOntpOjA7czoxMjoiZmxleGljb250ZW50Ijt9

Those module have improved multiple source: K2, Content, FlexiContent, These are popular components to make a News Site

In the teline IV , the FlexiContent Component is not used or provided. You would need to install it manually.

FYI, we have tested the latest version of Flexicontent in our stable version and it work like a charm. Because the huge size of database, we wont be able to include the Flexiconent in the quickstart, but you can easily download and install it…

I’ve just checked out the Flexicontent demo and it is extremely exciting from a content-generation and management standpoint – just the improved search (blows the default search out of the water) is enough reason to switch. I can’t thank JoomlArt enough for providing Flexicontent support, making Teline the online news package to beat.
