Where is the entry for the text to accompany each picture?
Where is the entry for the link for each picture in the ContentSlider?

If you choose k2 as source of contentslider, you view my image to know where text and link of contentslider

    I am using JA_Bistro, 1.7. Where is K2?
I see K2 mentioned here and there and thought it was something in 1.5 Joomlart and not in 1.7.
I see nothing in the administrator.

Could you give me username+password of your backend?

    Dear Khoand,
Could you tell me where the content and links are entered for the Contentslider? Why do you need backend access? To check what?

My Joomla user group went over K2 last evening and I do not wish to use K2. My feeling is 2.5 may have many of the K2 additions and I don’t want to complicate things when I upgrade. K2 makes changes in the database and adds overlapping of many things I wish to avoid.
Thanks, but I need to know where in the normal place to enter the Contentslider data in the Bistro template.

ok. Example: in demo (quickstart), you see attached images

    1. contenslider1
    2. contenslider2
    3. contenslider3

    Thank you very much.
The trick is to use the slider with the content, not a folder.
    Interesting the dotted line.
    Understand now.

There is no text and link setting for folder as source.

I have everything working now. Just one more reminder, the pages used for the slider have to exist on some menu or the link just comes back to the home page.

You should use content as source to configure as you want to.
